When selecting an ergonomic chair you must sit down and try all the adjustments and functions. This is the main advice in selecting the chairs and stools. The correct choice of the ergonomic chair is the main factor in the maintaining high efficiency and health for many years.

Let’s  formulate a minimal set of requirements for cheap, but best ergonomic chairs:

• presence of plastic armrests and five-way support with easy spinning wheels;

• possibility of using of one hand and without getting up from the chair to change the height of the seat and reclining of back . All adjustments should be easy and pleasant so it is the only way you train yourself to adjust the chair for yours figure, and not vice versa;
