• smooth change of height and depth of the seat;
• armrests must be adjustable for height and angle of rotation;
• synchronizing device “1:3″, simultaneously changing the angle of inclination of the seat and backrest in an ergonomic proportions (each degree of the seat inclination is equal to 3 degrees back inclination);
• mechanism of “rocking chair” – a rocking of the chair with a coefficient of elasticity precisely adjusted to your weight;
• materials of better quality: built-in metal frame for a five-way bearings, polyurethane, aluminum, wood or leather upholstery for the armrests, improved skin dressing for the front and upper surfaces of the seat and backrest, leather for the bottom and rear surfaces.

Executive ergonomic chairs must have decentralization of swing: the axis of oscillation in the mechanism of “rocking chair” should be brought forward from the center of the chair (as longer as better), so during a rocking in the chair your legs (knees) will not climb up and swing process will look decent and solid.
